EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 10-day exchange policy from the date the customer receives their product.
Size Issue: If you face any size issue, simply contact us on our WhatsApp at 0309-2897141. Our customer care representatives will promptly assist you in resolving the problem.
Defective/Faulty Product: If there is any defect or fault in the article, our customer care team will handle the issue efficiently, simply contact us on our WhatsApp at 0309-2897141.
Please Note: Exchange is not applicable for changing the article in any circumstances.
Customer Support Timings: Our customer care team is available:
- Monday to Saturday
- From 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
No customer requests will be entertained outside these hours.
Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item:
- Courier the article to the given address; the charges will be borne by the client.
- Ensure that the product is packed properly.
- After inspection, the replacement will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days.
Exchange will not be accepted if the article is used, damaged, or worn.
Important Notes
- Customers must confirm their phone number or provide the airway bill of the received order.
- A standard exchange delivery charge of Rs. 100 applies.
This can be redeemed as a discount on your next order.
The discount code will be generated once we receive confirmation that the exchanged article has been delivered. - Refund is not applicable under any circumstances.
